Provided project / construction management and oversight for plant, associated 138kV substation and interconnections via two new 138kV overhead and one new solid dielectric underground feeder to ConEd Astoria West substation. Developed and authored root cause analysis of inadvertent trip operations caused by contractors. Services spanned from design phase through construction, test, commissioning and energization including rebuild of existing ConEd Astoria West substation.
