The professional services provided included: critical path guidance, project/construction oversight of all related work performed at the Con Edison existing Farragut and East 13th Street substations and new NYPA 345kV Astoria Annex substation; around the clock Operating Authority of the new 345kV Astoria Annex substation including authoring all new substation procedures / energization plans and performed oversight of factory acceptance for power equipment, trained Con Edison substation personnel to assume operations role.
